Much like Josh Gordon and Justin Blackmon , we suffered through multiple week suspensions for bad behavior in the offseason but return this week with all guns blazing (sorry for the Plaxico Burress reference). Friday nights at 8:15, Scott and I have been gracing the airwaves with matchup analysis and injury recaps so be sure to set your alarms. You can check out this weeks Radio Show brilliance HERE. In addition to our Article coverage and Radio/TV coverage, those that wish to take their analysis to the next level would be wise to travel over to FantasyFootballCrystalBall.com and purchase a Tool that will help your dominate your league.

Desean+Maclin

The 49ers Michael Crabtree will miss most if not all of the upcoming season (can Anquan Boldin survive as a #1 ?). A few WRs will be returning from injury riddled 2012 campaigns as Percy Harvin, Miles Austin, Desean Jackson, Pierre Garcon, and Hakeem Nicks will be risky selections heading into the season but each has the potential to post rock solid WR2 value if they reach their potential and can avoid the trainers table. Justin Blackmon (4 games) and Josh Gordon (2 games) will see their fantasy stock take a hit based on suspensions but they make for solid value plays later in your draft.

Carson Palmer, Larry Fitzgerald

In 2012, rookies Andrew Luck, RG3, and Russ Wilson had impressive first seasons and Ryan Tannehill showed solid potential. This year’s crop of rookies (Geno Smith, EJ Manuel) are not positioned to post the same levels of success keeping them off the fantasy radar for the most part. In this article we profile some of the signal callers changing uniforms as Carson Palmer will look to breathe life back into Larry Fitzgerald’s WR1 status and Alex Smith will look to prove his worth as a former #1 overall pick as he’ll be under center in Andy Reid’s pass happy West coast offense.

Steven Jackson

In this article series we will profile the ball carriers that will be changing uniforms in 2013 as well as a few potential impact rookies that could make a splash in their first season in the big leagues. Steven Jackson (Atlanta), Rashard Mendenhall (Arizona) and Reggie Bush (Detroit) will have a change of address in 2013. Rookies Eddie Lacy and John Franklin look to bring the the Packer ground game back to respectability.

Each week we will analyze the defenses and provide our take on which WRs you should start and which should be benched based on matchups with stout run defenses, stubbed toes, potential weather problems, conduct code violations etc. A few big name pass catchers will be dealing with bumps & bruises in week 16 as Jordy Nelson is expected to miss his 3rd game while Torrey Smith and Sidney Rice will be at less than 100%.

Torrey Smith - Tackled by hair

As you all know things can change before Sunday kickoff so be sure to check back as we will be updating Injury status throughout the weekend and then every 10 minutes starting at 11:30 Sunday morning up until the 1pm kickoffs. We will then check back in with updates starting at 3pm for the late games.

DeMarco Murray - Running - Large

Each week we will analyze the defenses and provide our take on which RBs you should start and which should be benched based on matchups with stout run defenses, stubbed toes, potential weather problems, conduct code violations etc. Those that own Reggie Bush (vs Buffalo), Trent Richardson (vs Denver) and John Dwyer (vs Cincy) should consider their alternatives as the difficult matchups will likely limit those 3 RBs to lower end RB2 status at best.
