Fantasy Relevant Rookie: QB Andy Dalton (Cincinnati Bengals)

With the 3rd pick in round 2 the Bengals got some insurance in case Carson Palmer continues with the trade demands.
Dalton lacks ideal height but his quick release and above average accuracy should translate well to the next level. With the addition of WR AJ Green in round 1, the Bengals should have a serviceable receiving corps even if they move on from the TO and Ocho show (Jerome Simpson potential starter). As for fantasy prospects, Dalton will be more of a game manager and we don’t see him cracking the top 20 fantasy QBs for the foreseeable future. Cincy also could have a major void at RB if they are unable to resign free agent Cedric Benson. Playing in a division with Baltimore and Pittsburgh isn’t a recipe for fantasy success.
