The final week of the dreaded Byes take place in week 11 as Tennessee, Minnesota, NY Giants, and Seattle will be resting. Today we present a piece from that suggests potential sleepers at each position that are likely sitting on your waiver wire and could suffice as bye week fillers.

If you are the proud owner of one of the myriad of concussed QBs, be sure to consider Eagle rookie Nick Foles who is set to face a Washington defense that ranks 30th against the pass (302 YPG) and allows the 2nd most fantasy points to opposing QBs. The Dogfather’s concussion sounds like it could keep him in the kennel for the remainder of the season giving Foles solid long-term potential with a bevy of talent at his disposal. Of course this assumes he doesn’t get decapitated playing behind the Birds injury depleted O-line.

At the WR position, the Robert Meachem signing has failed to work as a replacement for Vincent Jackson which should open the door for oft-injured former Ram Danario Alexander to emerge as Phil Rivers go to WR for the remainder of the season. DA missed 14 games over his first two NFL seasons but his 6’5 frame and downfield speed are intriguing. The one caveat for those looking to use Alexander in week 11 is a potential matchup with shutdown CB Champ Bailey likely limits his week 11 upside potential.
