Wide Receivers: Week 15 Upgrades, Downgrades, Sleepers

Each week we will analyze the defenses and provide our take on which WRs you should start and which should be benched based on matchups with shutdown CBS, stubbed toes, potential weather problems, conduct code violations etc. A few big name pass catchers will be dealing with bumps & bruises in week 15. Fantasy owners will have to move ahead this week without Jordy Nelson (hamstring) and Dwayne Bowe (ribs). Danny Amendola (foot) , Sidney Rice (foot) and Roddy White (knee) are also question marks so owners of these players would be wise to secure some of our week 15 sleepers as possible lineup alternatives. Dez Bryant (finger) and Cecil Shorts (concussion) are expected to be uniform barring any setbacks over the weekend.

Running Backs: Week 15 Upgrades, Downgrades, Sleepers

Each week we will analyze the defenses and provide our take on which RBs you should start and which should be benched based on matchups with stout run defenses, stubbed toes, potential weather problems, conduct code violations etc. On the injury front, Ahmad Bradshaw (knee) and Jonathan Stewart (ankle) are very questionable for week 15 while Fred Jackson has been ruled out for the remainder of the season elevating CJ Spiiler to must start territory. Rookie David Wilson should be locked into lineups if Bradshaw can’t go.

Injury SPIN: Sidney Rice Hurt…Again

While it’s true that Sidney Rice hasn’t missed a game this year he has seemingly always been on the verge of not starting because of injury in his career – which is just a way of making a run-on sentence of of saying he’s injury prone, so I am just gonna keep going with this run-on while I have momentum. Anyway, he didn’t practice today and was in a walking boot with a bruised foot.

Injury SPIN: Ray Rice Week 15 Status…

Ray Rice has a hip pointer that limited him in practice today. The injury doesn’t appear serious and we would be very, very surprised to see him not start and play the majority of the snaps on Sunday against the Broncos. New OC Jim Caldwell is going to be anxious to get the most out of Rice and get the Ravens offense moving.

Injury SPIN: Bradshaw Questionable – Rookie David Wilson has RB2 potential

Ahmad Bradshaw suffered a knee sprain during the Giants drubbing of the Saints. Luckily for the Giants they draft as well or better than any team in the NFL and they were prepared. David Wilson stepped and broke records with his rushing and special teams performance. It’s looking very likely that Bradshaw will be at best limited and at worst sidelined for the Week 15 matchup with a generous Atlanta run defense.

Injury SPIN: McCoy Ruled Out for Week 15

Bryce Brown it is once again. In our estimation it would be a mistake to play Lesean McCoy at all from here on out. The Eagles season is over and mercifully for Eagles fans the Andy Reid era is drawing to a close as well. Barring an injury it’s clear that we won’t see Michael Vick on the field and reading between the lines in Reid’s recent comments it seems the same can be said for McCoy.

WEEK 14: Injury Updates With Fantasy Advice

As you all know things can change before Sunday kickoff so be sure to check back as we will be updating Injury status throughout the weekend and then every 10 minutes starting at 11:30 Sunday morning up until the 1pm kickoffs. We will then check back in with updates starting at 3pm for the late games.

Wide Receivers: Week 14 Upgrades, Downgrades, Sleepers

Each week we will analyze the defenses and provide our take on which WRs you should start and which should be benched based on matchups with stout run defenses, stubbed toes, potential weather problems, conduct code violations etc. A few big name pass catchers will be dealing with bumps & bruises in week 14 and fantasy owners will have to move ahead this week without Percy Harvin (IR) , Cecil Shorts (concussion) and Jordy Nelson (hamstring). Hakeem Nicks (knee), Danny Amendola (foot) and AJ Green (illness) are also question marks so owners of these players would be wise to secure some of our week 14 sleepers.
